Victoria Cruz

Victoria Cruz joined Austin Veterinary Emergency & Specialty (AVES) in 2025 as the Customer Experience Manager. In her role, she focuses on enhancing the client experience through hospitality, communication, and collaboration with teams across the hospital. She enjoys creating educational resources, developing service standards, and finding thoughtful ways to improve the client journey while supporting a culture where compassion and exceptional medicine go hand in hand.

Victoria values collaboration and believes the best ideas come from working together. She believes the best ideas come from working together and strives to create an environment where team members feel supported, valued, and encouraged to grow.

Outside of the hospital, Victoria enjoys working her way through cookbooks, firing up the grill, tending to her garden, exploring new restaurants, and spending time with her rescue dog. Her cookbook collection continues to grow, although Ellie's Table by Ellie Bouhadana remains her favorite.
