Dr. Choe was born and raised in Southern California. She received her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree at the University of California, Davis. After this, she completed a rotating internship as well as a specialty internship in diagnostic imaging at VCA West Los Angeles. She then moved across the country to complete her residency in diagnostic imaging at the University of Florida. 

Dr. Choe enjoys all imaging modalities and appreciates how each modality can provide a unique as well as augmentative perspective. 

When Dr. Choe is not analyzing shades of grey, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their one-eyed rescue pup, Pinto (affectionately known as their adopted Florida man). She also loves reading, perfecting her chocolate chip cookie recipe, and taking walks - just not in the Texas summer heat.
